QUOTARIDER

From a static marketing site to a multi-tenant CRM with an AI agent and a sequence engine that can't be abused.

Node.js · TypeScript · PostgreSQL/Prisma · BullMQ · Supabase auth · Razorpay · Twilio/Telnyx
The challenge

Where it started

Outbound tools get sales teams blacklisted.

What we built

The build

  • Sequence Intelligence: nine layers (timing, deliverability, personalisation, intent, conversation, fatigue, conflict resolution, outcome, governance) under a Guardrail
  • Sequence Risk Score with healthy/elevated/risky/dangerous bands; dispatcher enforces min(daily cap, guardrail cap)
  • Vera upgraded from command bar to agent runtime: plan → confirm → execute → independent verifier
  • Multi-mailbox rotation, recipient-local send windows, advisory-lock dispatcher with SKIP LOCKED
  • Razorpay billing with webhook-replay and signature fixes; partner program and portal
  • Hardening: request-log redaction, SSRF-guarded fetch, CSV formula-injection guard, hashed tokens
Outcome

Where it is now

01

324/324 pages and 73/73 browser tests clean

02

Owner-side QA agents (sentinel, vera-eval, testkit) running nightly

03

Positioned as 'outbound that cannot get you blacklisted' with agencies and affiliates as channels
